Very good

Great location, good cafe, lovely amenities and services.

For a tall person some of the rooms are set up such that your feet hit the wall/radiator/piece of furniture. Thin doors make it so you can hear a conversations in the hallways.

Good place to stay in the East Village

Daily cafe credit was great, we started each day off with coffee/beverage and a bite to eat, saving us the cost of a meal in NYC. Location was perfect for us. Staff was great.

We knew room would be small and it was. It was an older building that was totally remodeled but our shower leaked a little and no one could figure out why we couldn't access the WiFi

Fabulous location, impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable room, excellent staff and facilities.

The location

The fact that there is a 30 dollar destination fee that you feel obliged to use and that there was most likely a prostitute in the room next to us based on the constant late at night knocking and security that stopped by.

Overall a pleasurable and comfortable experience - we would stay here again and also recommend it to others

The facilities were incredibly clean, modern and provided a comfortable aura and experience

The bar and restaurant were incredibly expensive - we understand that this is a walk in bar but perhaps there could have been a discounted price for guests seeing as the area was so expensive to stay in already

Perfect for a busy NYC Christmas with our young adult sons.

Great location, lots of great restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery etc in walking distance. Easy to get anywhere in the city. Rooms are small but well thought out, loved the hooks on the walls. Cafe & bar was great although there are so many options in the neighbourhood we didnt spend much time in them. Staff very helpful.

No kettle or fridge but we knew that and managed just fine by visiting the Alphabet Cafe downstairs. Air conditioning in our room was a noisy which would be annoying in summer but again didnt bother us we turned it off & opened the window.
