Not a 4 star hotel. 3 stars at most. Too expensive to stay on a stained room with no view as advertised.

Location

Payed more than 1,000 and reserved balcony deluxe with Arc de Triomphe view to spend New Years. Made reservation many months ago. And they did not honor my reservation and was given the wrong room with no view. It was a total disapointment and waste of money. The staff did not accomodate guests accordingly and they seem to have preferences over some guests. This was a big dissapointment and will not stay again and wont recommend. Towels were dirty, curtains were stained and cigarrete smoke came in every morning from the patio area.

Nice experience

*The lady in the reception gave us a (family room) bigger than what we booked. That was so nice of her. *The bed was very comfortable

The breakfast was in a very narrow place and there was no baby chair.

Not a lot

Train noise not good I asked for a family room with a double bed & 2 singles they never did this . I asked a long time ahead & they could have told me they wasnt gonna do this so a 12 year old girl had to sleep with her 5 year old brother not very good . So be very careful when booking & staff rude

A very good place to stay.

Everything was absolutely fine, staff, room, everything. The hotel is well located and the area is both central and reasonably quiet. Having said this, it is in a price range where you expect things to go well.
