Staying at Montana Blues Resort by Snow City in Manali, which ranks second among the best hotels in the area, was an extraordinary experience that exceeded our expectations. Two days before our arrival, the hotel reached out to us, establishing a reassuring line of communication that persisted until we arrived. Despite a delayed check-in at around 3 AM due to traffic, the hotel staff maintained constant contact with us, ensuring our well-being during the journey and even expressing concern about our late dinner. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff had thoughtfully arranged everything we needed at that hour, demonstrating exceptional hospitality. Each morning, the staff inquired whether we had enjoyed the complimentary breakfast included with our rooms. This attentive service was a delightful touch. The staff at Montana Blues Resort were not only well-behaved but also friendly, adding a personal charm to our stay. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the mountains, enhancing the overall experience. The food service was exceptional, boasting a wide variety of choices. Impressively, every order was served within 10-15 minutes, reflecting their commitment to efficiency and guest satisfaction.

There are a few areas where the hotel could improve to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Given the location and temperature, providing room heaters and bedside rugs as standard amenities would be beneficial. Currently, room heaters are available but at an additional cost.

I was planning for my honeymoon, and was looking for hotels in Manali and I found the Montana Blues Resort. I went through the pictures, location, reviews etc and decided to book it for 5 nights and I just don't regret my decision. They serve amazing food, really amazing, the chefs are awesome here, we had Fried Chicken, Rahra Chicken, Kadhai Chicken everything was soo yummy. I really loved the staff, everyone was very helpful and soft spoken. Vikas ji helped me with renting a scooty, Megh Singh ji was very polite and helpful we had a little conversation with him also, Dhuni Chand Ji always had a smile on his face and he's really very polite. A big thanks to Rohit Thakur ji for a good conversation and offering us Gucchi (mushrooms). Also when my wife wasn't feeling well due to a headache at midnight the reception picked up the phone even at 4:30 AM and tried to help us. Really thankful to the Montana Blued team

We loved staying this property. Property location is very beautiful. Views are amazing. Everything is maintained properly. The Hotel ambiance is amazing. Rooms are so good. They provide food according to the requirements of the customers enjoyed each and every meal here. Its totally hygienic. Service is at best level.

Lovely property, amazing staff

The property is very well maintained. The staff is amazing, and the biggest asset of the property. Thank you Vikasji, Dhunichandji and Megh Singh ji. You made our stay memorable. Thanks for the bonfire even when too many guests weren't around. Thanks to the chef for the tasty breakfast and dinner. Spoke to owner Mr. Rohit Thakur who gave us some good tips on buying apples n juices. The location is a bit far from mall road, but that's clear when you book ( It's in Old Manali n a lot of shops and eateries are within 5-10 mins)
