Do NOT recommend to stay in this hotel

The only thing I liked abou thtis hotel - was a vire from the balcony.

Location - about 30 min from Ella. Very outdated hotel Terrible smell in the rooms - was not possible to sleep. Description of the rooms does not match reality Very dirty and not hygienic. Terrible breakfast. Arrived late - no options for food.

Perfect pieceful stay

Very welcoming staff and felt like we were leaving family on our last day. Beautiful location and peaceful. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in Sri Lanka, no marks on the bedding and very comfy pillows!

The setting is absolutely unbelievable up high on the mountain ridge, nestled within the surrounding peacock crying forests. Sun rises on the front of the hotel as the moon sets over the mountain in the back that was so amazing to see both like that at about 5.30 in the morning. The food was awesome and the staff were the most friendly and accomodating.. They even grow there own veggies and fruit..fresh. Ask to be taken to the temple just up the road 10 minute walk set into a large rock, old rock paintings and beautiful waterfall.. the most accomodating and friendly staff by far during our visit.. thank you so much for taking us to that special place, and thank you for looking after us and our driver!!!!!

About 15 minutes later from Ella.. maybe a negative for my one of my family members but for most of us, we were enjoying the absolutely stunning setting of the mountain, the surrounding waterfalls and that clean fresh air. You want to experience the true Ella, high up in the clouds, without all the tourist buses.. this is where you go.

Phenomenal views, really friendly staff, super clean and comfortable

The views are phenomenal, the rooms super clean and comfortable and The staff were super friendly, in particular the two gentlemen (Sahiru & and name I e forgotten sadly) who checked us in and helped us organise transport and anything else we needed .

Its a half an hour journey from Ella via Tuk Tuk which isnt a huge problem, but something to be aware of. The food menu isnt that extensive, but its good enough and room service is quick

Very good stay

Such a nice hotel, with beautiful garden and pool area. It may be a bit far from Ella centre but nothing a taxi of 20 minutes can't fix. Service was outstanding with special thanks to Sahiru, who has been nothing but helpful and lovely. We hope to come back in the future.
