The Country Inn & Suites Asheville River Arts District received positive reviews for its clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and convenient location with a free shuttle service. The parking can be a bit far from the hotel and there were issues with leaks in the lobby. Despite these issues, guests felt that the hotel provided good value for the price.

Would stay again
Fresh and clean. Halls and rooms looked nicer than next door Crowne plaza. Room was quiet.
It would have been nice to attempt to be checked in before 3 (20 minutes before). The room hvac was on a timer and suddenly dropped temperature after 11.

Staff in general is really good. All of them.
The amount charged for my pet $50, I think it is so expensive when the average in others hotels is $25.

Great staff, location and comfortable and clean room
The staff erre really friendly, the location is excellent (5 min to downtown), the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was really good and theres always a coffee and a hot cocoa with cookies when we arrived every day. I also used the indoor pool with my kids and they loved.

Overall decent stay
Close to dining and the Biltmore. Bed was comfy. Dog friendly.
Water for the showers is not hot enough,there was a blood stain on our sheets and our key cards randomly stopped working.

Great place just outside of Ashville at a reasonable rate
Nice location and friendly staff
Parking lot was to side of property and didnt feel the safest. Someone told us their car had been broken into.
