Had a great stay with my 13 year old for her birthday, exploring Asheville!

Breakfast was great. Hotel decor was awesome! Definitely felt like you were getting a better experience than a basic, cheap hotel. Decor was classy yet fun!

Very disappointed in the front desks attitude regarding the pool and reluctance to find out

The first day we went to the indoor swimming pool and the water was warm but we didnt swim at that time. On December 25 in the early evening my daughter and I left the room to spend some down time relaxing in the pool. However the water was ice cold. I told the person at the desk about the situation, his answer was he didnt have any idea and he was reluctant to do anything. In the elevator back to our room other guests were also talking about the cold water in the pool. I chose this particular hotel because they did have a heated indoor pool. The next morning i again told the person about the water being cold same response, I dont know!!! I am home now and for all I know the pool is still too cold to swim in.
