Disappointing

Lobbys toilet > Hotel rooms toilet

The location. I love that its a walking distance to Suria Sabah. The breakfast. The varieties of food served made me look forward to the next days breakfast. The spread ranges from nasi lemak/nasi goreng, tom yam/soto, porridge, eggs station, pasta, salad, bread and toasts, coffee, juice and many more.

Room service was nowhere to be found, I guess there was none. We booked for the big room in the corner with a mini suite but had to be moved to a smaller room because the airconditioner was faulty, it was so disappointing. The room was connected with the bathroom (i.e. no door), the toilet door and the shower door were open on top, I do not understand why they couldnt just just extend the glass to cover the whole doorway! So any smell, fart sounds, steam will defo come out. The doors have no lock, and they are translucent. All in all, the bathroom was a huge turn off to the hotel stay and nothing else.
