Very satisfying stay

The rooms are designed in a modern style, and they must have been renovated at most a few years back. The appliances looked very well maintained. I had no problems at all using the laundry machine and the dryer. I would consider the room quite spacious in general. About a 15 minute walk to the nearest Free Tram Zone station.

Nothing comes to mind personally. Though if you're somebody who expects a fully serviced (i.e. breakfast, laundry services, concierge and so on) hotel, this obviously might not be a good choice for you.

Helpful staff, spa pool/swimming pool, clean functional rooms

10 minute walk to the nearest tram station, bit out of CBD. Housekeeping doesnt collect used towels or replace used dishes

Nothing it was waste of my money beds where not Changed or made properly the windows were dirty the floors we put your clothes in the sliding doors we're all dirty the toilets were filthy inside the toilet I asked for a high floor I didn't get it and if you have just disgusting.

Every think the pool wasn't open as someone put a broken bottle in the spa .The was dirty the bed was mad properly when I took the sheet off when I left it was all black stuff on the underlay
