Medina Palms received positive reviews for its villas, communal areas, and beach. The staff provided exceptional service and were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, (Read More) with beautiful gardens and pools. Guests enjoyed the activities offered, such as kayaking and dolphin tours. The food and drinks were highly rated. Some suggestions for improvement included updating sun loungers and improving ventilation in ground floor rooms. Overall, guests felt comfortable and at home during their stay and would recommend the hotel.

Satisfactory but not wow.

Not great variety, presentation. Seen much better breakfast buffets elsewhere.

Short-staffing, slow food and beverage service and tardiness of the driver - hotel transport booked by us. Food and beverage prices higher than neighboring hotels.

Lovely escape with amazing staff.

The breakfast was good, enough choice and plentiful. The coffee was very good. Unfortunately the Mahamurri and other pastries did not appear to be fresh. The omlettes and pancakes were very good. The beach was unusable due to the huge amount of seaweed which was disappointing. The general areas pool etc were lovely and the beach bar was great for a sundowner. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully will return. The staff were amazing.

As above the pastries in the breakfast restaurant could be better and the seaweed was way too much you couldnt even walk on the beach infront of the hotel as the seaweed was so deep, but maybe this was due to the rains.

My Medina palm review

The hotel, the staff, the pools and amenities.

The beach which was full of seaweeds while at 7 minutes by tuk-tuk, there is a beautiful beach nobody told us about Gadora beach - Public beach. Otherwise, it was a nice and pleasant trip.
