Location was good

Nothing 4 star about it. Seriously smelt like old carpet and furnitures. The curtains were torn , the garbage kept in front of the lift. Soo disappointing for the 4 star money we shelled out. Never going to stay again in a Mantra property. Food was average nothing to write about. But the property is so old that its not even well maintained, the blankets also smelt really old. Will never go back again

Reception staff were not very welcoming or Smiling , had to work out ourselves eg where to have breakfast , didnt know we had Foxtel till 5 days after checkin Breakfast for price was average

Minor tweaks and its 10/10! Great for families, singles, couples young and old!

Location and room absolutely amazing, and zero complaints. Great pool, bar, restaurant and gym/sauna facilities.

Routinely waiting 5-10 minutes as only 1 elevator out of the 4 was running, massive queues for elevators and trying to pack in. Was really disappointing and nothing was communicated as to why. Also, tried to call front desk during the stay and received no answer, also tried contacting the property during and post stay with questions and still have received zero communication.

Very good

All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Location was great, handy to everything we needed. Hotel was clean, easy parking, nice staff. The pool area was lovely and kid friendly.

The room was quite small, if we were to return for more than 2 days we would book a larger room. The were not enough elevators in use which meant long wait times which was frustrating.
