Value for money, excellent service of hotel staff and wonderful location of hotel.

Rooms are pathetic, there is a leakage inside the room. Not at all worth for the money. Definitely we will not suggest to anyone for sure

Good cottages right by the beach

Decent cottages in a site adjacent to the main hotel, good size. Use of pool at main hotel

Poor restaurant. A bit overpriced but no competition.

Decent sized rooms, great location. Use of small but clean swimming pool at adjacent main hotel building

Nothing in particular. Outdoor restaurant menu limited, another in the main block better.

A pleasant stay overall

Staff was polite & friendly

When we arrived were told that the prior customer has not checked out and we would have to wait. When checking in we made payment when I asked for a receipt was told that we would get it at the time of checkout I got a receipt for just the food we ate. Also I was charged for a meal that I paid for! I am disabled which I informed yr office when booking. We were given the furtherest room #516

Hotel is not worth the price The only thing that makes it good is the location But there are other inns and cottages near by the beach which can be considered

Location is excellent, other things are just fine

The location is the USP it's right infront of the malpe beach, food taste was very good

Breakfast time and variety was very poor, if you do not have BF included in your package then one can only order it post 10.30 am and that also only sandwich or bread omlette. All the staff were friendly and nice except front desk female receptionist she would say no for everything you ask.

Location was good actually. it is in front of the beach and you can see the sunset easily. They have upgraded my room also. you can find all the cafe and auto stand near by.

breakfast was lame, rooms condition was bad, it was too old, this place needs renovation. Washroom was not good. Restaurant staff was good but front desk staff specially females were not interested in treating guests query.

The location

Rooms weren't clean they were bugs and stinking. When asked for a room fresher is sprayed. Basically the facilities are also associated with paradise aisle so to use pool restaurant or spa facilities we need to go through that hotel and get them use
