Comfy bed but

Really comfortable bed!

Dark and very expensive for the property. We went at new years and the prices had quadrupled

Location was perfect, rooms very clean and bed comfy

As it was new year's we definitely paid a huge premium, but would definitely stay again

Don't forget the housekeeping!

Location is great, venue is stylish and typical Malmaison decor

Room wasn't ready until nearly 4 on day of arrival. Stayed 3 nights and had no housekeeping at all until final night after us requesting more water and toilet rolls

We stayed over Christmas, lovely hotel, does need a bit brighter lights in the bedroom as always dim wasnt comfortable.

Windows didnt open, no view, tv to small for size of the room.

Good location, pleasant stay

Expensive, not even a bottle water in room , didnt get checked in till 16.30, Bar closed for private function struggled to get drinks in Brasserie !!! Cooked Breakfast cold .

Disappointing

Okay, spoilt by other guests

Beautifully presented Nice toiletries supplied Great location

Waited 2 hours for room service but it was Boxing Day so understandable The noise from other guests was disgusting. A man banging on my room door at 4am looking for his girlfriend. I called reception. Then it happened again. And he was banging on my wall why he wasnt asked to leave the hotel given the disruption. I had very little sleep. Was actually quite scary as a young lady on my own.
