The location of the hotel is convenient.Staff and the facilities are good.Swimming Pool is awesome. Food is good, Mr.Shrikant and other staff are really welcoming

Comfortable clean place to rest up.

Staff is customer focused and welcoming. Appealing finish materials and architecture. Extensive buffet variety. Large pool area, gym, treatment spa. Onsite bar/lounge with friendly and responsible bartender.

Some deferred maintenance on our balcony railings. Slow draining room bathroom sink. Gym bathroom smelled like urine. Pool are would benefit from more greenery, plantings and shade trees.

Beautiful garden and pool. Very friendly staff in hotel and restaurant. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

Location and room were very comfortable

Water was good, hot and clean. It was well laid out.

Food was pretty ordinary - the choice, preparation and the method of serving was quite ordinary. It was oily as well and not much protein.

Not a very clean eventhough they help when you ask However lot of timing like swimming pool water flow stop on day time so you rather than leisure it look a school

Excellent Location, Very good staff.

I have stayed at Lemon Tree maybe more than 20 times. So the staff knows me very well. Mr. Vinod - ASM was very sweet and courteous. He extended excellent support to make my stay comfortable and went out of his way. Thank you to him. Also, Nilesh at the front desk & the housekeeping young boy (Sujay) not sure about his name was sweet and assisted very well. Thanks to the team. Very happy to be back at the property after such a long time. Special thanks to Mr. Vinod. Thanks for the Sandwiches and the juices Vinod. Really appreciate it, you are a star. Congratulations on your success and good to see that you have been promoted and thanks for remembering me even after such a long time.

I have a suggestion, that the property is old now. So they should redo the bathrooms and furniture of the rooms. They could start with a few rooms at a time till they do a complete renovation of the property. The interiors, washrooms, bedrooms, and size of the TV all are outdated now. No one uses tubs in the washrooms nowadays. That was the case maybe 2 decades back. The style has to be redone.
