Customer service was top notch

The customer service was spectacular. The evening employee was hilarious and so sweet. I can't put into words how welcome she made us feel. The daytime employees were also fantastic and a joy to talk to. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good especially the eggs. My next stay in Kansas City will for sure be here.

We stayed during New Years and overnight someone busted some car windows out and tore up a truck's tauno cover. Our car was unlocked and the window was not broken but we didn't leave anything in it so nothing was taken from our end. Stayed two nights and nothing like that happened the first night. I feel like the area is safe and I'm assuming that had more to do with the holiday than anything but I could be wrong.

Good stopover on a long drive

Staff were very friendly and professional. Good location accessible to highways. Rooms comfortable, quiet and secure.

Location was great quiet /close to down town.. Clean and fresh smell throughout the hotel .. Room was spacious

Our mini fridge in our room didnt work but we didnt need/use it anyway- Breakfast was basic (sausage Patties and eggs were only hot items)

Christmas trip

Staff was friendly and helpful.Beds were comfortable rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good they had coffee in the lobby all day which is great for cold days.

Staff was very friendly checking in. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. They didn't have a pet relief area on site but there was plenty of grass areas near by.
