The Residence Inn by Marriott Kansas City Downtown/Convention Center is praised for its spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location near the streetcar station. The breakfast is (Read More)average, but some guests wished for water in addition to coffee. The valet parking is considered overpriced, and some guests would have preferred having their own access to their car. There were also complaints about a room with a broken AC and other maintenance issues, but the hotel was able to accommodate the guests by switching rooms.
