The view to the palm and sea was amazing. The breakfast was amazing as well. The receiving when we arrived was also amazing and the guide to the suite was really nice. The beach was nice and not crowded.

Classic loopy and decorations. Some of the staff (two) of swimming pool were rude when we asked some towels and my kid was swimming.

The location and cleanliness of the property. The staff are friendly and welcoming and whatever youll ask theyll make sure to deliver it. It was my wifes birthday so we had a greeting message from the hotel Manager Mr Hani and was warm welcome. Amira Shawky was an amazing host before arrival to our checkout she was welcoming and accommodated all our requests. Sara made our check-in process very simple and explained all amenities and facilities of the hotel perfectly. Thanks for this amazing experience
