Although room was non lake facing but wasnt provided information the room will be facing to adjacent property exposing our bedroom Booking.com provided comfort to cancel by dec 19 but prior to the date received threat from hotel of cancellation.

We booked room for 4500 we wanted lake facing so we paid 1500 extra Unfortunately we didnt have breakfast included in a room with a price range of 6500 As this was new year eve we were denied lunch (except dal fry and plain rice) No tea/coffee served in room. Moreover we paid 4500 for couple entry for new year party What they offered Was 1 dish each Rice Dal Mutton Fish Paneer Raita Custard Brownie They even reserved corner seats of the property which was prime lake facing And denied giving us that space Even when we were first to reach. Property location : Great Rooms : Average Property food taste : Below Average Service : Below Average

Location is excellent. At pichola lake Nd walkable distance to lalghat market.

Lift was under construction. Checkout is too early at 10 am. Palace suite did not have hot water when we checked in. It took them time to get that sorted.

We had a wonderful time -hope to return!

Lovely room with an amazing view of the lake and city across. Cosy internal courtyard and open to sky rooftop terraces too. Staff were efficient, helpful and courteous. The location is excellent with comfortable walks available around in the neighbourhood with easy access to landmarks - including the palace, shopping, cafes etc.

The restaurant could be improved both in terms of available food as well as ambience. Breakfast should have been included in the room tariff too.

The location, the friendly staff and the character of the heritage building. The divine sounds of bells and prayers from the nearby temples. The rooftop restaurant and sitting arrangements.

The housekeeping was weak, the room handed over didn't had clean linen, no pillow cover, used toiletries and dirty fridge with old rotten food.
