Breakfast was great, loved the free drinks and location was perfect for our stay/agenda. Staff was excellent! Would highly recommend.

Close to the station, would recommend for family short stay

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is very close to Tokyo Central Station. Room was very clean and nice. We needed a family room. It was a bit small but we managed for one night.

We are Not happy in our stay.

Reservation & cleaning staff. I booked my reservation as early as july 2023 and request for connecting room since im with my small children but when we came to the hotel they told us that no more connecting, but i cannot accept since im in a early booking. They told us to wait for 10 mins & then the connecting room is available. The room cleaner dont even get or clean the trust bin & also the toilet.

Good

Great location, but outweighed by the downsides.

Fantastic location, good staff with several languages. Comfortable beds, good shower.

Although the brand is trying a new approach, it didnt work for us. The breakfast offerings arent great, our room had a great view - of the building next door literally one metre away - and we wouldnt have minded too much but the price of Aussie $500 plus per night was over the top, even for a peak travel period.
