Overall- enjoyed the stay, and would do so again

prompt support spacious & clean rooms

kitchen facilities were lacking - no cutlery, no dish soap, no garbage bags bedroom AC was leaking water in the room water left overnight in fridge froze - did not use the freezer

Please dont ever visit this property. Location is also very far and inside and roads are not reachable

Worst thing about the host of the property. I have never experienced such a bad communication from any one of my previous bookings. He was very rude and didnt had manners to talk with the customer. I will never refer this property to any one.

Please make sure you record a call with the host before paying for the booking. We had 2visitors with us who were going stay only for 30min. Still after many attempts of convincing the host he didnt agreed to let them stay. As he clearly mentioned on call that they offcourse dont charge for visitors. Still he asked us to pay per person 1400 for 1 hour.

Will not visit again unless better maintained, not worth the price

Cute little chalet but sadly wasnt maintained. Staff is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Specially Mr. Pravin & Mr. Anil.

Not maintained well. Too much power fluctuations and outages. Not recommended in hot climate or with a furry friend. Flush was not working. Absolutely no network (WiFi is a saviour). Outside the chalet is absolutely not maintained, broken tiles on the back and slipper moss at the entrance.

Recommended to couples looking for decent stay at decent price .

The 1 bhk concept at this price gives you enough reason to be satisfied. Staff were very welcoming and well mannered. 10 min walking to nice view river is worth staying at this place. Well the location is not so much into the crowd but still you will feel safe.

The food price. Although the food was very good.

Overall good

Chalet was good, spacious and clean and the place was calm and peaceful. I guess due to month end there weren't many groups. I went with my partner and my pet, so I found this resort safe and comfortable. Pravin, the host was helpful, he will keep suggesting you in terms of food and other facilities.

The price was a little High for food.

Staff was very sober and co operative. Mr pravin was attentive and very humble while explaining the facilities. He tries to provide you best service he can.Baliram, hemant were very co operative.I loved food quality and it was delicious. On weekdays you can get a very good service.As there is no rush on weekdays, staff gives their personal attention to you. Only thing is they have limited breakfast menu. Spl thanks to cook. Rooms were very clean. Hot water however was not hot as required, which made us to have a bath with luckwarm water.

Exceptional

An indeed quiet and beautiful place. We will stay here again and will get more friends too.

The property was really well maintained and the staff were very good. Soon after I booked the Team from JenJon booking office called me and responded to all the queries that I had. Very professional. They requested for the booking payment to be transferred and I promptly got a confirmation mail from them after that. JenJon has a full team of uniformed staff to take care of guests and that is indeed reassuring. Many other places you are dependent on just one caretaker and that could be dicey. We had barbeque and bonfire too. Just a perfect evening. The chalet was very clean and we had a private parking too. Food was the best part and the kitchen staff did a wonderful job. Would like to go and stay with them again for sure.
