Cramped breakfast space, limited breakfast options for a 5 star hotel and long waiting periods for live counters due to constant staff miscommunications.

Okay staty but not a 5 start for sure on worth of cost

location and breakfast

1. Wi-Fi is quite bad, so the signal was dropping a couple of times in rooms and the coffee table wasn't clean enough as strain marks were still there. 2. I told many times change many times that the in-house slippers is not standard size, told them to provide a large size but it seems they don't have one and I didn't inform too unless I chased them a few times and not fitting big size foot(10+) 3. I think there is no point in sending a message to the hotel for a request while booking the hotel because they didn't follow what I asked to deliver to my room but again I need to chase them. 4. Room service is pretty slow for a 5-star hotel( it should be 4 or 3 start i think). For pick up bags they took 35 mins. I told before breakfast to pick my baggages but again they didn't pick up i need to chase them again after the breakfast as my car is in pick-up 5. quite less options for dinner compare to breakfast 6. in breakfast, helpers not asking whether to take the plate or not. they will take the plates whether it is finished or not as i went to collect some other food at breakfast time and i come back to my table, my juice drink, my previous dish is gone, dispute i told them not to take it.

Everything was perfect, thank you!

Everything is perfect except for the renovation sounds.

The renovation construction noise was present daily but not that much of a problem. But one day before we were to leave, it went up drastically and we couldn't even sleep. Complained to the staff about it but soothing was done and no update on the situation. The next day while checking out, after repeated questions, the staff said that the noise was not from the building, but from next door and they have no control over it. If they could have told us this earlier, it would be easier for us to understand. Just a communication issue I guess, but other than that, everything was perfect! Thank you!
