Other than the elevators it was perfect

The timespan between the elevators opening and closing could have a little longer. If there was an elderly person with a walker they would be constantly caught in the doors going in/out. My husband and I had scooters and we got closed in the doors just about Everytime we used the elevator.

Superb

Great for families at Christmas time

Beautiful establishment, we went the weekend of Christmas. Heated pool, that doesnt close until 10pm. The restaurants we tried was the best food we had in San Diego. I told my family that we all have to take a family trip and stay at this location. It did not disappoint! I always clean as soon as I go to a new hotel room, but this room was crisp (not the drain in shower it was kind of dirty). For some reason the bed smelled like bleach and that was very comforting, the sheets felt fresh and crisp. You can tell they were clean. We had an amazing view and I like how it wasnt overly crowded and the staff was so nice.Ohhhhh.. they had a little Christmas party with Santa and an elf, which was so cute our son had a ball with the fake snow.

Supposedly, we were upgraded to a higher level room in the Tower. While the room was beautiful and clean, the noise by the marina was insane and very loud.
