Disappointing

Problem after problem

The location was very good, pretty close to everything we wanted

As they know, they need a really good update on the whole place. Bathroom toilet didnt work properly, heat system didnt work, and the chaos of New Years Day breakfast, because I guess they are not aware most people get up late that day( really!!), and scheduling enough help in the kitchen. No coffee, no plates, no utensils, no eggs, ect, ect.

The breakfast buffet was amazing so much more than I expected and the food itself was delicious. The staff was so friendly, kind, generous and accommodated everything I needed including being a friend.

The only thing I didn't like was my room did not have a microwave and I brought food to cook or heat up in my fridge and was not able to. I'm sure if I asked they could have heated it in the kitchen but it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room or at least in the lobby/food area. I also think they should serve iced coffee and hot chocolate during breakfast because we're in Boston and most people drink iced coffee all year round. I also wish the pool would have been opened earlier at 7:00 a.m. and closed a little later at 10:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.

Only there for 2 days, it was good for that length of stay.

Breakfast lady was super sweet, food was good, bed itself was comfortable.

Pillows need to be replaced, as soon as you laid your head on them they went flat. Pool water looked dirty.

Did not tell us about a 100 damage deposit we were not expecting this and it was not told to us and it ruined our trip nn for nothing thanks for ruinh our holiday trip
