A good Hotel, not too far from the shops

Great choice of breakfast and generally a good quality hotel, the rooms were very well sized and laid out

Very good hotel, very nice staffs

I like breakfast and staffs. Very nice breakfast, friendly helpful professional staffs.

Theres not a shower bath. Only bathtub . I like to have a shower stand separately.

Hope to change near future

The guest room is enough large and enough hot shower. Facilities are excellent.

Front desk is worst, never experienced before. Customers need to pay when check in -full amount of fees -or deposit of full amount + 1,000k/night/room by credit card or cash Online payment didnt work in my case somehow I wish I had enough had enough cash for 4 nights.. There are some Japanese staffs but never show up or ask for help when Japanese customers are in trouble. I didnt want to leave my luggage on lobby without a guard in the night as a hotel.

1990s Hotel which needs maintenance & modernising

Good location and friendly staff but thats it.

The entire hotel is not a 5 star hotel as advertised its 3 Star and very old fashioned. The bedroom had a musty mould smell in it, so we had to change rooms. The new room had filthy bedding with stains and the shower was leaking loads of water, so the pressure was very poor. Had to use a different hotel room to shower due to the issues. This hotel is overpriced for what it is. I left my toiletries by mistake at hotel but they never messaged to inform me. its a shame Booking.com allow hotels to put such fake information about the hotel, when advertising and they take a huge fee. Avoid this hotel.
