Ok price quality, great location, bed matras and wifi can be better

Location is great, very central Nice old classy building with high ceilings Large badroom and good shower pressure Friendly staff

Bed is too soft which means you body is curved when you sleep (matras has a valley probably due to prior use so your back is not straight). Rooms are too warm, you have to turn the heating off, open the window and just sleep under a bed sheet to get a pleasant temperature in the room. Wifi connection does not work most of the time.

Average location. Good facilities.

The interior decoration gives you a good first impression of the facilities. The room has the enough amount of space. Did not try the breakfast or a la carte services. The staff was friendly.

Frozen days in Copenhagen

The location of the hotel was very good, near to main attractions of the city. The room was clean, the bed was confortable and the breakfast was variate and tasty.

We stayed at the ground level and it was very hard to sleep due to the noise comming from the street. Early in the morning, at 5.30-6.00 a.m. a track was parked near our window and for 1-2 hours the driver was unloading crates of bottles. The windows were not sealed and the heating system was inneficient. It was very cold inside the room....

It's a good location from the metro

I stayed here last week and it was fine, the staff were pleasant. I'm back here again this week and my room was very musty. I noticed the air-conditioning wasn't working (the room I stayed in last week had a working AC). I went to reception to ask if I could get help with the AC, as the other room I stayed in had a remote control. I was told I was wrong and it was impossible I had working AC last week. And was told to open the window for 5mins. This level of customer service is so rude, and gaslighting a guest is unacceptable.
