Comfortable, but nothing spectacular.

The wine hour, happy hour, minibar and communal workspace are all great initiatives. We unfortunately couldnt take advantage. Cot was set up already to go on check in. (Its a shame that this is an unexpected surprise!) The rooms were comfortable, without being spectacular and a area of Copenhagen pretty central and not far.

Overpriced for what we got overall. But nonetheless a very comfortable hotel in a good part of Copenhagen. This is not a hotel I could recommend with young children. If its older kids or adults it would be great. The staff were pretty short with us, there were issues with check in, breakfast and communication with some issues. Despite us having a shared booking for a family the two rooms we booked were at opposite ends of the hotel.

A micro hotel with a swanky lobby but disappoint rooms

I like the lobby area and the organic breakfast

No bottled water given, floor and lamps are dirty, odd selection and placements of fixtures, switches and furnitures.

Bed was comfortabke

The wine o'clock wine was undrinkable. The night cap range limited. The deluxe room was tiny with sloping ceiling.... Nothing like the photos. No fridge Coffin sized lifts Location was poor,,, I would go closer to Tivoli.

Not a good value for money.

The quality of the breakfast was good. The room size of the Superior Double for 2+1 was decent.

The smell of food from the restaurant could be felt in the corridors and in the elevator of the hotel which was quite unpleasant. The room's walls looked worn out, with traces, and definitely needed a fresh paint. The bathroom and especially the shower cabin had mold. The door in the bathroom had a shabby look and noisy. No working ventilation in the bathroom. The space and the tables in the restaurant was not enough for breakfast. In general - the hotel is in an old building, partially renovated, with bad noise isolation (of windows and doors), so that you hear noises from corridors and outdoor areas (including noises from the inner courtyard throughout the night).

Superb

Great city with a comfy stay!

The Hotel is very well located. Next to the principal metro lines, the food market, Tivoli, supermarket Netto and I could enjoy with no stress my Xmas trip. The breakfast was great and with a competent staff. I had a great time!
