Professional and helpful staff and room comfortable.

Staff were all superb. Room was lovely. Welcome gifts were a lovely touch. Wines served with our meal on 24th were all delicious.

Noise from outside was very very very loud.....noisy until 4am. Windows should be sound proofed. Some aspects of our meal on evening of 24th weren't as good as we had hoped....particularly the lobster course which was disappointing.....really bland and forgettable....as for the potatoes.....dreadful! Very inflated price for what we were served. We had booked to have dinner for following evening but cancelled as we were disappointed.

Amazing hotel but ...

The location was fantastic with views over Tivoli and having access to all the rides included in your stay. The staff were amazing.

We loved the hotel, it is amazing, but just a few niggles. The bathroom neded to be updated. The wash hand basins were cracked, the shower fitments difficult to use. Needed heated towel rail and under floor heating. The lighting in the bedroom very poor particularly in the dressing area. The dressing gowns needed renewing, as uncomfortable to wear. Cushions on the sofa would have been a lovely touch. Not able to find anywhere to sit in the lounge areas when afternoon tea was being served.

Excellent location and fantastic staff

Unfortunately the room was a bit noisy but we did know there would be street noise but not that deliveries would be made early in the morning with flashing lights which illuminated the room

Not worth the money

Staff werent welcoming Not a very welcoming atmosphere Bathroom was poor, infact for 5 star it was actually disgusting and very poor value for money. Both sinks were badly cracked and one of the sinks was so badly stained. We also requested ice and waited for 1hr and 2 phone calls. We gave up and had to go to reception to collect

Amazing location and quality. Staff need to be as good though, not quite as accommodating.

Beautiful and the best of the best. You get what you pay for. Location is literally heaven sent.

Bar staff a bit moody on occasion. I expected more hospitality.

Lovely hotel in fantastic grounds, but over priced

Great location. Friendly attentive staff. Fantastic grounds. Very comfy bed. Large bathroom and balcony. The toiletry box well stocked. Roof top pool and hamam sauna amazing.

Too much information/clutter in the room. Difficulty closing bathroom door. Not enough space (drawers)for clothes and a place for shoes. Both sinks had cracks in. Dust ontop of bathroom mirrors. Items in unnecessarily in the room if you can't use them without paying a fee.
