Such a comfortable stay

A very comfortable place to call home for five days. Modern and smartly designed space. Lovely vibes. Appreciated the clean aesthetics and modern functional design of the space! The check-in and check-out process and the overall concierge service was great - the concierge was usually friendly and polite, and made sure to answer any questions and help with any issues that came up.

Really appreciated the facilities such as dishwasher and washing machine - wish that a dishwashing sponge and laundry detergent were also provided. But these are very minor details!

Well appointed and well located - awesome

Huge, well appointed modern apartment. Well served by bus and, more usefully, public transport boats only a 5 min walk away. Bakery and 2 grocery stores 2 mins walk away.

It is a little bit of a walk or journey to most restaurants but still easy to get to.

Amazing views from the higher floors

The view! Our jaws dropped when we stepped into the apartment when we saw the (almost) wrap-around views from the large windows that wrap around our 9th floor apartment. And we enjoyed the views throughout out stay - both day time and night time. The living, dining and kitchen areas were very spacious.

The bathrooms are a little small (compared to the bathrooms at STAY Nordhavn), particularly the shower stalls. There is no "kerb" for the shower stall so that water tends to splash out onto the bathroom floor. We booked this place because there is supposed to be a washing machine and tumble dryer, as we are on a long trip in Denmark. It was a 2-in-1 machine. There are no instructions on how to activate the tumble dryer. We tried all different options but none seemed to work. We asked the front desk on 2 separate days but it wasn't of help - the first day we were told that they would send the technician to check (no one came), the second day the front desk person was a part-timer so he wasn't able to help. We finally resolved this on the 3rd day (our 2nd last day) when the front desk staff told us how to activate the dryer. This is easily resolved if the property just provides an instruction sheet on the machine itself (I've seen other reviewers also say this). The front desk reception is only open 7am - 10pm (the reception desk at STAY Nordhavn is open 24 hours). There is no place to park your car for a short time to unload/load your luggage. The spaces outside the hotel are all handicapped parking lots and the parking enforcement does come to check. We were lucky as he came just as we were coming out with our luggage, otherwise we would have gotten a ticket. Suggest the property to request for 1 or 2 spaces for guests as temporary parking for loading/unloading of luggage.

Excellent location close to a bus stop that had regular buses into town. Comfortable accommodation.

Easy arrival and departure. staff on reception were very helpful and knowledgeable

One of the windows was leaking so when it rained heavily the window sill was covered in water. Cooking facilities could have been a bit more generous but not a problem as we generally ate out.

Very clean and spacious apartment. All the amenities you'd need, ironing board, hair dryer etc. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was amazing having a gym and steam room on site. Bakery, coffee shops and grocery stores near by.
