Hotel reception staff and maintenance staff behavior is very bad and they dont know how to talk a woman. Room also not clean and services is very poor. Its not worthy to go there. Please refund my amount.. I am very much disappointed.

Comfortable and peaceful

The staff is polite and very supportive. Loved the location and its spacious rooms. The food was great, especially the breakfast. They reminded me of when I forgot about collecting the medicine for my father which I had kept in the refrigerator but the staff remembered that and handed it over while I was about to leave the hotel premises. I will never forget that and will keep coming and staying here whenever I come to Haridwar. Thank you!
