Location, external amenities such as pool, garden, lawns etc were really nice
The rooms were not what I had expected. Beddings n furnishings were avg quality. In the bathroom of the most high end rooms, the commode lid was broken. They didnt provide moisturiser as part of toiletries

Great location. Okay-ish property.
The location was great! The stuff were very helpful.
The rooms were dated and drab. Facilities were just not up to the mark. The bathroom was from a cheap hotel and seemed out of place at the property. Food was bland, the breakfast was just bad. We failed to understand how fresh fish/shrimps (it was fresh) can be this bad! The location was excellent. The beach starts right by your door.

Location is the only plus point with sitting area in garden facing the sea.
Facilities are not maintained properly. Cleanliness is a big concern area. Guest services are poor. The pool area doesn't have towels. The staff will say "NO" for everything without giving you an alternative.
