Amazing!

The staff were amazing, the room was bigger than expected, the location was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean. We also loved the breakfast!

It was great. Would recommend for others coming with a family wanting to stay in Times Square.

Location was great. Very charming. Loved the never ending hot water, fridge, microwave, plates. Great storage.

Breakfast. It was SO COLD outside. Having a few hot options would have had us eating there more than once.

This hotel is small and very personal. They value their guests and make you feel very welcome.

We were really well looked after from the minute we arrived. The reception staff were excellent and everyone very helpful. Giezee (sorry I know that must be spelt wrong) helped us when we were anxious as our flight home got cancelled. Complementary breakfast was great. Also It was my birthday and i received complementary Prossecco and a card in my room. Location is great for on the spot restaurants and easy walk to reach Times Square.

The only thing I can think of are the windows. They dont stop sound from the street. But I normally wear earplugs so for me it wasn't an issue.

I will definitely be back! The room was very spacious and homey. The bathroom was gorgeous. Loved the honeycomb tiles. I was there for my birthday. I loved the hand written welcome note and the classical music playing on the TV. Christmas morning, there were cookies hanging on the door handle. It was an excellent way to celebrate a birthday.

Very enjoyable for our family in New York.

We loved staying at Hotel Scherman, its a cute little historic hotel that is well located in New York. Our room had two bedrooms and a terrace which was great. The included continental breakfast was ideal for us.
