Goog hotel.

The room was clean, large enough, with high ceilings, warm (even too warm, in January I had to open the window) and quiet. The location was great: close to the city center, bus station, metro and train station. Breakfast was super: good espresso/ capuccino and a large selection of baked goods and cold cuts, several hot dishes such as scrambled eggs, polenta and sausages. The terrace was a really good place for breakfast even in winter. Very cool hotel. It is not new, but in good condition. I felt like we were living in a real museum and it was an amazing experience. I really wouldnt want this incredible atmosphere to be spoiled by modern renovations.

We stayed for several nights and one day our room was not cleaned. I understand that the cleaning lady may have had an off day, but I would have expected someone to at least take out the trash can. The mattress is not spring, it looks like it was made of latex. It is comfortable and soft enough, but if the sleeper is 90+ kg and sleeps peacefully without tossing and turning, the sleeper may experience some discomfort. Our opinions are divided. Always lovely here- we have stayed maybe 15 times. Beautiful old style hotel, high ceilings, great garden, good breakfast, lovely atmosphere of faded grandeur, nice staff, fab location. Our fave in Roma!

Very convenient location and close to all scenic sites. Room is spacious. Toilet clean. Staff is friendly. Nice breakfast.

Wall is thin. Can easily hear footsteps of guests above you.

Great place to stay in Roma.

Lovely old world charm. Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were all so welcoming.

Buffet breakfast everyday . The room and bathroom are big.Its clean, beautiful and clean hotel .

Room is not sound proof. You can hear the other room talking or the footsteps outside the hall. Breakfast is the same everyday.

Rooms were misepresented but kind and attentive waitress at breakfast more than made up for it

Close to the main train station. Metro right outside. There was a very nice waitress at breakfast. I didnt get her name but she had a ponytail that reached midback. Very attentive and made it such a pleasure to dine there

The bathroom. When I made the booking the pictures for my room showed a bathtub. Instead I was shocked to see the tiniest shower stall in all the hotels I have stayed in! My kids bathroom has a problem and kept flooding
