Pleasant staff, great location, just missed certain important aspects of being a hotel - that a four star one too.

The staff was very friendly and situated in a central area, making all the landmarks easily accessible.

The maintenance work which began early in the morning on 2/4 days of my stay there. A hotel should ensure their guests are either pre-informed or the affected rooms by maintenance noise are cordoned. This was also brought to the front desks attention to which they stated it would finish at 5 PM - which it did, only to repeat itself one day after. Also, they can do better on the cleaning of the room.

Second time in Rome , but this hotel was exceptional ! Very clean rooms , personal are very very helpful, location is 10/10. Used once metro to reach Vatican , the rest was by foot

Breakfast was good, bath ammenities good.

Room floor needed sweeping and mopping. Bathroom sink is clogged and water backs up (nauseous!) Room air tempetature is uncontrollable!!! Could not make the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. Had to open windows and curtains to make room tempetature comfortable; however, street noise was unbearable ALL NIGHT LONG. Management must inform guests the time periods in which a/c will not be available (as heat is the only alternative) Front Desk is unavailable to contact from the room telephone as it has no instructions marked on device.

Very central only a few minutes walk to colosseum with lots of nice restaurants and bars near by. Great buffet breakfast lovely restaurant and bar .for a big hotel it was very relaxing,.
