Very courteous and professional staff. Location was very good and quiet location. Breakfast was included in the Booking and delicious breakfast was served - different types on all the 3 Days stay at Hotel. Ample Car Parking Area. Good Garden Area for Campfire Dinner & Moring Walk. Kids play area also available in the Garden area. Overall a very memorable trip to Hotel Mahabaleshwar Fragrance and a comfortable stay for 3 Night / 4 Days.
Breakfast timings could have been bit earlier. They start the Breakfast service by 8.30 AM. Otherwise, no complaints. Comfortable stay altogether. Thanks to the Hotel Staff for their homely / courteous approach to all the Guests that were present along with their Family at the Hotel.

The rooms are quite big and nice
Although paying a higher price for the booking, I was surprised to know that breakfast was not included in the price. Booking.com takes higher charges than a normal booking price.

Well mannered staff and spacious room overlooking River Venna valley. Lot of strawberry farms around.
THe approach was very confusing as it is a 9 feet Forest road approx 500m. There is only one signboard(3'x2'). The incline is steep and only one vehicle can travel so keep blowing horn. No lights also. As per Hotel staff the lights were put but the Forest deptt removed it. The approach is common for three hotels and a Pvt property. So follow Google map or one is bound to miss the turn.

Very good location, Big room and very Clean, Food is also good, Staff were very polite. Awesome view from the Garden, they provided a bonfire at night with music. Value for Money. Special mention to Brijesh who help a lot and made our stay very nice.

It was not value for money, we felt overcharged after looking the condition of hotel & rooms.
I totally loved the professionalism of the Property Manager Yogendra Virkar. He understood our problem really well and provided the alternate solution to compensate.
The rooms were totally different from what we have seen in the pictures. Room walls were by having shoe marks, there was a smell in the rooms due to rain or seepage somewhere, could see dampness on the walls & roof. This was not expected out of a hotel room.

Location is in the valley and it makes a great getaway destination from hustle of the city life. Food is also good. And at night they arrange bonfire and music. I would highly recommend to stay here once to experience the beauty
