The lake view from the window! Beautiful hotel on the edge of lake fatehsagar.

Disappointing

Very disappointed. Not a five star hotel. You only pay for the view.

Wonderful view and landscape. Good was great. Bed was great as well.

Property was not clean (specifically the shower and the toilets). Furnitures were scratched and bumped. Floor was destroyed in several parts. WiFi was not working properly (we asked at the reception a dongle, but the technician told us the WiFi was working on our phones so he kept it). We wanted to enjoy massage in the SPA but not possible. Rooms are noisy, lot of people screaming and talking around the door, so early wake up. We asked for breakfast in our room not possible because breakfast was included and supposed to be a buffet downstairs, despite multiple requests and requests to pay for the service, the room service declined our request. Team was not happy and even smiling. Lack of communication and understanding English language in general.

Very friendly staff, nice view, I would stay here in the future

Room size was good View from the room was nice (we booked a lake view room) The staff was always ready to address our needs The SPA personnel (both ladies) was very professional. Both my wife and my self were pleased with the quality of the services received The breakfast bar staff was very responsive and courteous Vinita took good care of us on ensuring the pick-up from the airport The afternoon shift gentlemen (did not get his name however, he has a nice motorcycle helmet which I admired when he was getting ready to head home in one of the days) was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay The travel desk manager who helped us get the transportation we needed. Very efficient. Always on time

The room was a bit dated The reservation listed a room with balcony and outdoor furniture. There was no balcony The breakfast bar is geared towards Indian vegetarian cuisine. Limited International options are offered: boiled eggs, toast with butter and jelly ... Not bad, I enjoyed the Indian dishes while my wife enjoyed the toast however, a bit more options may help travelers in the future. An egg / cooked to order omelet station would help
