Had an excellent time in London he lap of nature

The location was brilliant and the property had a quaint old world vibe about it. The location is the biggest usp of the place, garden naps with the grand Ellora caves as your view

Location, views and the cottages. Nice friendly and welcoming manager at reception.

The public toilets near entrance & restaurant are in need of deep cleaning & renovation. Smelling of urine, all corners are round with dirt, wall surrounding urinals and washing basin has not been washed for several years.. just spray of bathroom cleaner, 15 min wait & brushing off the dirt. The bar area was smelling of vomit the entire duration of our stay.

There was no hot water in the bathrooms and the beds were rickety. No kettle in the bedrooms or toiletries.

Spacious resort. Very Green. Plants are abundant. Rooms are huge.

Cleanliness lacks. Oldd room fittings. No clean bedding. Hot water takes long. Lots of mosquitos

Superb

Superb manager and staff

The manager and staff here are superb. Due to roads to Ajanta being blocked by protestors, I had to change my itinerary and arrived here two days early. My booking was non-cancellable but the manager was very happy to bring forward my booking. He was also extremely helpful in helping me to check on the roads and arrange transport to Ajanta, and to help me to change money when the ATM next to the hotel was not working due to internet closures. The restaurant staff were really excellent too and the food was very good.

I have no complaints at all but the rooms are simple. The price reflects the location, which is right next to the entrance to Ellora caves and so great for an early start, and also the peace and quiet you get from being out of an Indian city.
