Disappointing

Adequate Hotel Ruined by Poor Policies

Location was great, very close to many restaurants and bars and stadium

The amenity fee is garbage. We checked in long after dinner and so it would have been nice if the front desk person explicitly told us that we could only use our $10 credit in the lobby store for the next 2-3 hours. Instead, like most parents I imagine, I planned to use it for breakfast as breakfast is not provided (many/most of the items in the store are breakfast items), when I tried it was explained my credit was not good in the morning. The poor front desk woman looked to embarrassed. What an asinine policy. It turned mostly positive experience very negative, as the only reason a policy like this exists is to take my money and give me nothing. Otherwise, just let each guest know verbally as they check in.

Need better customer service

Clean room, cleaning staff was nice, refrigerator in room.

The staff at the reception desk need better training and better customer service. The hotel adds amenities fees that you can not refuse. You have a water per person and a credit for either snacks or drinks from their market per night as well. You MUST use the credit by each night or the credit expires. Not only did the staff not clarify but when I tried to use the credit upon checkout, the woman at reception was unnecessarily rude about it. The cost of parking is absurd. We found a lot close-by and paid a fraction of what the hotel was charging. The valet was nice until they realized I wasn't using their services, and then they were very indifferent. I won't be staying here again.

A few years ago, I had a great experience. This time was not a good experience at all I

The hotel itself was really nice and one of the younger front desk. Ladies was really professional.

The hidden charges was way too much $75 per night on top of $25 per night with no parking and the rooftop bar was closed is a bit much for my taste not to mention one older front desk worker was pretty rude on Saturday afternoon
