We loved staying at this hotel, the rooms were nice, and the staff was really helpful. The hotel sent a car to pick us up at the airport and also dropped off our luggage at another location as per our request. We also wanted to go around Kathmandu and the staff was kind enough to arrange for us transportation at a very reasonable price. We were very satisfied with their services! Highly recommended!

This hotel is newly constructed at a great location. The facility inside is complete and an elevator is going to be working in the near future. Down town area, where most shops located, is near walking distance. In addition, the staffs are friendly and helpful, feel free to ask for any help.

Disappointing.

Location is within the edge of Thamel- which is great for me cos it's near enough yet not too busy.

1. There's a bar nearby that blasts music late into the night and I could hear it from my room. 2. I checked in and out of the room 3 times throughout my trip. I requested an official invoice on the first day, reminded again when I checked in the 2nd & 3rd time but it wasn't done until the time I had to leave the airport. 3. The other thing I had to wait for before I left for the airport was my laundry. Was promised that it will be ready by 8am, but I had to wait till nearly noon. 4. My friend left a not-so-good review and someone from the hotel texted me to ask for my friend to change the ratings. Seriously?? If you want a good rating, please work at it. It's earned, not given.

Super Convenient Stay

Hotel is in great location. Great facilities and excellent quality. The complimentary airport pickup hotel provides is very helpful. Perhaps one of the best hotel in terms of price and quality in the Kathmandu.
