Disappointing and woeful customer service

The location and size of the rooms were really good

There was drilling from 8am, which woke us up and we were only advised of building works 2-3 days before our stay when it was too late. There was also scaffolding outside of the room, which obscured any view. The WIFI was inaccessible both in our room and public spaces and we tried to watch a film which we bought on our room tv, but just buffered constantly, which made it impossible to watch. I understand that problems can happen, but their customer service was terrible. We were given no discounts for the issues on check out, but instead told the manager would contact us after our stay to discuss the issues and see if they could do something to make up for it. I heard nothing, and a week later chased them via email. I have not had any response. Completely unprofessional and I highly regret booking the Hotel Bristol.

Great experience, location and Staff. Nice treat

Great location and facilities. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and engaging and helpful with advice on things to do etc. Food in restaurant was exceptional.

Its not cheap - but it is Geneva and a 4* hotel in a great location - so you get what you pay for.
