Just 'Ok'

Location: walking distance to everything. Two streets from trainstation, two streets from lake, one street away from free public transport (ask hotel for a digital transport card). Hotelrooms are ok. They have paid attention to small details (flip flops etc).

It's so hot inside, and we generally dont like to use airco (dusty) so we kept our window open but one night there were (illegal) streetraces outside and another night a constant flow of drunk party people walked by (not sure where they came from, there is a red light street one street down the road but nothing special).

Ideal location to explore Geneva

Very convenient location, with proximity to the train station and the lake. It was clean and well equipped. It was quiet, despite of its central location. Friendly staff too.

Convenience of location to lake and centre. Staff very accommodating and helpful - had a couple of issues but dealt with problem quickly and efficiently

First room was unbearably hot and then loud noises from pipework prevented sleep - moved to a suite initially then found us a different room next day which was fine if still a bit too warm

Good

The staff when I arrived was very helpful. I was too early to check-in but had to leave for a meeting. I was able to use their gym/spa facilities downstairs which was great. The location was close to the Christmas Market which was really nice.

The bard could use a little more life overall. It was mostly empty when we were there and the bar tender was friendly but it felt cold at times. Maybe add more lively music or offer unique drinks to entice guests to come in.

Still recommended!

I stayed here about 10 years ago and decided to return. It is still a great place: very well-located, big and clean rooms (at least mine), and excellent breakfast. My room was on the fourth floor with windows facing the inner courtyard - hence, very quiet.

The interior (colour schemes and furniture) is starting to get a bit dated - perhaps time for a renovation soon? Also, while I know that this is Geneva and there has been inflation and all, the room was indeed very expensive.

Very comfortable room and great location!!

Location is excellent. Close to the train station and the lake. Breakfast was good and some options you need to order to the kitchen, since the space is not too big. I missed a parking spot or a valet service to take your car to the garage, but there's a parking close to the hotel.
