What could have been a lovely evening was marred by a room that was, by design, TOO WARM

The location, at GVA, suited my need for an airport overnight. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast, highly priced, was a good value if you found yourself very very hungry.

I was infuriated that I could not alter the ambient temperature of the room, and that I had no control over switching the system from heating to cooling. The room was over 70 degrees F, much too warm to enable me to sleep comfortably. I am dismayed that many many higher priced hotels, including this one, have switched to heating/cooling systems that limit guest choice so severely. What could have been a lovely, if a somewhat overpriced, stay was marred by a bad night's sleep in a room that was too warm.

Will always be my hotel of choice in Geneva

The whole experience was amazing! All staff were so friendly and eager to support at any point specially Safwan at the reception and Musa. The hotel is so clean and rooms are fairly spacious. They provided us with free metro tickets and also airport shuttle which made our journey so easy and comfortable.

No slippers at the room but its ok this is not something major.

One of the newer hotels in Geneva. Excellent rooms & interiors. Helpful front desk. It is located about 200 meters from the tram station. The hotel also gave us a 3 day free pass for all public transport and taking the tram was very convenient to the city centre ( Bel Air station ). a 15-minute ride. The Balexert shopping mall is one stop away. We will return to this hotel on our next trip. It is highly recommended for those who like a modern new hotel & do not want to stay in the city centre.
