Exceptional

Great location of the hotel in the center of Geneva and very close to the train station. Main sights and a lot of choices for restaurants are in a short walking distance. Very friendly and polite staff, always willing to help. Service was professional and efficient at all times. Room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Nice and cozy decoration all over the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff.

Close to the train station and the lake. Staff were very helpful and friendly, a credit to the hotel. Our twin room was very spacious, clean and had complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was delicious, a good variety and very welcoming staff member.

Nothing really. Maybe more variety of fruit juice at breakfast.

Excellent conditions, good value for money, very central.

Excellent location, very nice staff, delicious breakfast, very clean. The rooms we stayed in were very modern.

The rooms we stayed in only have a shower, no bath. After a long day, its nice to take a relaxing bath. But the shower is very nice, so this is not really an issue.

A one-night stay.

My room was spacious. I was given a Geneva transport card as soon as i arrived the hotel. Check-in process was smooth and fast. Kate at the reception was exceptionally helpful. The kitchen staff at breakfast were very attentive and kind. The hotel is within walking distance to the central train station.

I prefer a more contemporary room style and ambience. The room had a key, as against using a smart card. No door jamb for additional security

Very classic, botique, upscale hotel right near the water. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean.

A great characterful hotel.

Everything: the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm. The breakfast excellent, the room is large, comfortable and quiet, with lots of little extra touches. Brilliant value for central Geneva.

Above expectations!!!

Rooms spacious and comfortable with All facilities in excellent condition. Particularly commend the EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, that not only includes everything that one might want but special care has been taken in the aesthetics of the presentation, as well as the care of the staff beginning from the manager taking personal care of guests and their requests. Congratulations!!!!
