I recently stayed at Tiffani Hotel in Geneva and was left deeply dissatisfied with certain aspects of their billing practices. Firstly, upon arrival, the hotel immediately reserved 100 CHF on my credit card as a "guarantee." While I understand the need for security deposits, it felt unwelcoming and suggested a lack of trust towards guests. After checking out and settling my bill in full, the 100 CHF was eventually returned, but not in full. Without any prior notification or explanation, the hotel retained 6 CHF. I am certain that I did not use any additional paid services, such as the minibar, during my stay. This unexplained charge not only appears as a minor financial discrepancy but also raises questions about transparency and honesty in their billing practices. I believe a reputable hotel should foster trust and transparency with its guests. Unfortunately, my experience at Tiffani Hotel was marred by these billing issues. It's disheartening to feel penalized by unexplained charges after a stay, and it significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its services and communication with future guests.

The hotel offers friendly and helpful staff, excellent atmosphere and perfect equipment. The location saved our valuable time!

Not a big issue - the only thing that could be improved were the lights in the room.
