Would definitely stay here again, preferably in much larger room

The hotel is located at the Suria Sabah mall which is very convenient to find restaurants and other shops.

When we first arrived, i noticed the mug provided in the room wasn't clean..there was a lip stain and there was also coffee stain on the floor. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Nice food. Comfortable. Nice room and facilities. Many parking. near to todak.

A bit inconvenient on the parking arrangement on how to exit the parking. Hotel rate is expensive.

The service is very good

-The pillow sheet is not clean,have a small red spot (i forget to take pic), the chair also at room 633 - i think you should change your wall design , because the waterfall its scary me when the light off . But its up to you ,i just give my recommendation for you guys
