Very good

The room was spacious

There were no plates or bowls at breakfast- literally a dozen people standing there waiting for plates - staff tells us there are not enough plates because guests bring them to their room. While waiting my daughter and I made a waffle -still no plate to put waffle on so we wait - nasty attitude staff girl walks by and tells us to throw our used cups in trash- I said oh thats not ours- instead of apologies she says oh - then 10 mins later she is admonishing another guest for not closing lid on oatmeal telling him to have some respect. Then there was no coffee and people are having to keep going up to the staff asking them to make more. Meanwhile there are no forks r knives so I had to give my kid a spoon to eat her waffle.

Nice place to stay with large family.

Convenient location, with beautiful views love the attraction.

This recent visit, stay in two connecting rooms, wasn't properly cleaned at all.. dirty towels were seen in the bathroom area.

Excellent stay

Everything, the food, the facilities the location, the staff, the lady at the evening buffet when we arrived she was so nice and the food was delicious same as the breakfast.

Really NICE

The common areas are expansive, clean and were nicely decorated for the holidays. The room was clean and well maintained. Staff were professional. Breakfast was better than most.

One of the elevators wasn't working, the other could use a wipe down.

Over all ok , but the room need renovation

The location , the hotel itself it looks great , breakfast was great

The room was so old and dirty , the bathtub clogged , the sink too, the table almost broken , the sofa old and dirty

Beautiful and clean hotel but they could improve the breakfast.

Very nice and clean property. Friendly man who checked us in. Room was great. Clean and comfortable bed.

The breakfast was not good at all. Coffee grounds in my coffee. Had higher expectations for price of stay. No hot water in the shower. Water only got warm. Woman who checked us out was not very happy.

the location was good

the room was dingy-the pillows were old. The deadlock on the door didnt work. the lock to the bedroom did not work. the linens on the bed were stained. overall will never stay again.
