The staff made everything enjoyable

Lots of room comfortable bed and the staff was very friendly

There was a dirty wash cloth over the shower bar when we arrived in our room. Other than that the room was very nice but when someone wants a walk in shower they may have accessibly issues the bed was too high for my wife to get into without help. The other thing is we paid for breakfast but wanted to leave at 6 am but you did not serve breakfast till 7 maybe put some muffins and fruit out for early risers.

Id give my stay a 6.5, the bed was okay, not the best. No breakfast.

I liked that you had an option of dinner on site

I paid $200 for one night, and didnt get free breakfast. They have to make the food no matter what, why not include it in the stay. I would not have booked if I knew that before hand. I was very upset when I realized it was ONLH $10.95 to eat

Great place to stay on the north side of Knoxville.

Very clean and modern. Staff was helpful, courteous, and knew what they were doing. Very near I-75 just north of Knoxville. Good value.

Would not work with me over money paid for nothing

The fact that I was so close to down town for a Concert . Would have made it so easy to get to my venue

I made arrangements to stay at this hotel with booking.com did not realize that if something happened with my venue that was Scheduled same night of my stay that I would not get my money back ... well needless to say Paul Stanley of KISS fell sick with the flu . Knoxville TN Concert was canceled. I thought that Booking.com would help me but only told me I would have to call staff at the hotel were I had made arrangements with Booking.com.. staff would not move my stay date to another day or Reuniverse my money.. pretty sade that a Establishment that has more money than I do could not make arrangements with me no better than that ... so sad
