The Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Hong Kong received positive reviews for its clean and spacious rooms, daily room cleaning service, and kind and courteous staff. The hotel's fantastic location near the (Read More) MTR and various establishments and restaurants was highly appreciated. However, some guests mentioned that noise from upper floors could be heard and there was no bidet in the toilet. Very well located. Near the waterfront and close to many tourist attractions. It has a subway stop right on the corner, making it easy to move along the city.

Exceptional

I would recommend this property to all travellers.. will definitely book it again if I visit Hong Kong again.

Location is very apt.. everything is close by. Food during breakfast spread was really nice.

Room services were quite delayed.. they provided small water bottles which results in higher plastic wastage and quantity is also not enough. My room view was also bad as it was pink t towards back of other apartments

Poor

I requested for 2 double beds for 4 rooms and my booking was confirmed but upon check in, hotel wouldnt honor my booking and said it was cancelled and they will just give me a king bed. totally unacceptable
