Excellent service and room with everything we needed.

Very convenient to train station yet quiet; easy access to Lucerne city just 10 minutes away by train; comfy beds and great pillows; excellent breakfast and large seating area; grocery store close by; friendly and helpful staff who were actually willing to engage and chat on every shift; stored luggage after we checked out no worries at all.

The room was a bit too hot, so we were glad we could open the window for some fresh air and to cool the room. I know it was winter but the heating was a bit too high for us.

I prefer that there is AC and not just ventilation coz in winter the room sometimes is quite cold

Size of the room, too small . Theres no room to even open our luggage. The room was very cramped. Except for this issue, it was an excellent choice.

Superb

had a great stay for a week over christmas

the room was clean, fully stocked, the staff was very friendly and helpful, helped us out with a late checkout (12 pm) and also held out suitcases after checking out, santa claus came on christmas eve which was fun, good value for money for sure

breakfast couldve had more options but was still really good, also couldve had instructions on how to do hdmi connection with the tv on a card or something but thats minor

Very comfy, clean and great location

Loved the location. 2 minute walk to the train station, such an easy trip into the city. Room was lovely! Comfy. Breakfast was good and staff were great and very helpful.

The shower had no door so water did get over the floor. But other than that, our experience was perfect.
