Hotel Himmelrich in Lucerne offers an idyllic culinary experience with a wonderful view of the city and lakes. The spacious terrace can accommodate large groups and the restaurant serves top-notch fo (Read More)od and drinks, with changing special offers. Reservations are recommended for dinner, but not needed for drinks or morning coffee. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurant is delicious, and the views are breathtaking. The service is perfect, with one guest even stating it was better than their experience in Dubai. A big thank you to the friendly and professional manager.

Good

The view was beautiful, being able to look at the alps as soon as you wake up was incredible. The restaurant, heaven, was also amazing, really good food, and amazing cooking staff.

The internet didnt work on all our stay, neither did the tv. The transportation to get up the mountain was very difficult and expensive because we had to get a cab each time. The hotel should offer a transportation service every hour to the near bus and metro stations.

Amazing quit place, 10 min from Luzern by car. Very cozy decorated lobby and rooms. Great view to Luzern and to mountain and forest. Good breakfast.

Wi-Fi problems during our stay on NY weekend.

An excellent hotel with amazing interior design. The room was specious and clean, with all the needed appliances. The receptionists were kind and helpful.

The only problem was the wifi, signal and the TV. On our arrival we were informed for the weak Wifi services that were supposed to be fixed by the next day, but for the next 4 days of our stay, it was not resolved. The TV was not working.

Fabulous hotel with breathtaking view

Absolutely fabulous incredible place with breathtaking view! We arrived very early and was lucky to check in earlier In amazing suit with breathtaking view from top! Breakfast was very decent!

Excellent, relaxing. Good service made me feel special and want to come back again.

A good choice of foods, perhaps food could be in one area or room instead of being spread about 2 rooms. I did not see the 2nd display of food until another quest pointed it out. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space betwween the tables. Staff were friendly and helpful

I did not realise until I got to Lucerne that there was no public transport to the Hotel from the town, which makes it quite expensive with Taxi fares during my stay. Perhaps some mention of this in your quide.
