There was nothing to be liked at this hotel
Not at all professional. This was my third stay at this property and probably the most uncomfortable and trip spoiler stay. Even though the booking was for a triple room, there was no extra bed and hotel was insisting on a floor mattress and that too in the December cold weather. Had to argue and fight for almost 30 mins to tell them to have a better management of bookings they confirm. After lot of argument, they agreed to give an extra room, which was a decent gesture, however, the room provided was bad too. Except the comfortable bed, nothing else was good in the room. Electric kettle not working, bathroom light not working. Poor management overall

We had 2 rooms, Cleanliness and infrastructure was not well maintained, specially bathrooms were not clean and in 1 bathroom water exit was blocked and water was not flowing out.
