Good

The lack of a stocked bar in the room. My late arrival meant that room service was over and the lack of a traditional stocked mini bar meant I wasn't able to unwind after a long trip.

Very good

Great location, not worth the money

We loved the location, the heated indoor/outdoor pool was our favourite place to be. Excellent view on the 28th floor (as per our request to be as high as possible)

The beds are very soft, as are the pillows - asked for a firmer pillow, it was almost as soft as the ones I already had. Our room needed some repairs- the outlet between the beds were coming apart and had been hot glued as repaired? And the bathroom door was using a screw as a the locking mechanism.

Customer service is declining , not the hilton standard

Room is good , location is good near everything in downtown.

Their staff in food and beverage are rude except for the manager. I was here last January of this year 2023 and I saw a big difference in a span of 11 months. Their customer service became poor with other nationality serving . Even vallet parking people with same nationality im talking to are rude. We even lost a money in the car when my sister forgot she left a $60 CAD in the car and well people denied it . Horrible for a christmas vacation . I hope hilton will do something about it. I hope they will put back their good standards like before .

The usual cleanliness

Too few people manning the check-in counter. More than 25 min to get checked in, not truly busy, just short staffed. Also, the elevators were out of service randomly and we were stuck on the 24th follow, getting late for our ballet. No compensation was offered. Both of these issues hurt the brand a lot.

Central location.

The property was under renovation. This wasnt communicated prior to booking. This made it difficult getting in and out of the hotel. In addition bringing items to the room was difficult as their was no access to the elevator directly. You had to navigate the escalator with your items first.

Superb

I'll book another time for future stays, but definitely will not opt for the breakfast

The room was clean and spacious with a decent view. The staff was kind, and the location was great. I like the heated outdoor pool.

The breakfast was the only aspect we didn't like about this experience at all. The sliced cheese was deformed, and the colour change was noticeable. Other ingredients like sliced fruits were not fresh and did not taste as they should either.
